Not exactly what I expected

Great air conditioning kept us cool during hot days, and the staff were helpful, giving us maps to explore the area. Our upgraded room was a lovely surprise!

The basic accommodations felt cramped, typical for Venice. Parking options were limited, which required some planning ahead.

i booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a safe box, central heating, and an electronic key card. pleased it had a bathtub. the hotel location was perfect and nice to the canals. there was kfc nearby, offering quick meals.

The room was small but super tidy and had a modern bathroom. I loved the comfortable bed and the reading lamp by my side. The location was busy with lots of restaurants nearby, yet the room stayed quiet. It was a nice touch to be upgraded to the main building.
